Tender Description
Builders for the construction of a new Classroom Building and Amenities at St Pauls Lutheran Primary School at Caboolture. The Building consists of a general classroom area and a withdrawal room. The Amenities are adjacent the classroom building and include associated covered areas and links.
It is brick veneer constructions with a metal sheeted roof. Construction is scheduled to commence in September 2014. Submissions are to include financial capability to carry out the works, list of projects recently completed of similar size and referees.
