Council reserves the right to invite tenderers to change their tender in accordance with the Local Government Act 2009 and Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012.

The Principal shall notify attendees at the public opening of the name of the Company and the address of the registered office of the Company that have tendered for the respective contract.
