Tenders are invited from appropriately-qualified and experienced consultants to tender for consultancy services for the feasibility and concept stages for the proposed expansion and redevelopment of Hume Street Park, Crows Nest. Council is seeking a head consultant coordinating a number of subconsultants. Disciplines involved include Architectural, Landscape Architectural, Planning, Engineering, Feasibility / Cost Analysis, Transport & Access.

The tender documentation will be made freely available from (see download option below) from Tuesday 24 June 2014. Hardcopies will also be available from Council's Customer Services Centre, 200 Miller Street North Sydney between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday for a cost of $300.

Tenders are to be lodged either electronically via the Electronic Tender Box at the Tenderlink portal or as hard copy in Council's Tender Box, Council Chambers Ground Floor, 200 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060.

The Date and Closing time for Tenders is Tuesday 22 July 2014 at 4pm sharp. NB: The electronic tender box facility will shut down 24 hours prior to this date and time.

All enquiries are to be lodged via the Tenderlink forum. The forum for this tender will close 4pm Thursday 17 July 2014.

A pre-tender meeting will be held onsite at Hume Street Park, Crows Nest starting at 2pm sharp on Tuesday 8 July 2014. Failure by the Tenderer to attend this meeting may lead to rejection of the Tender.

Council reserves the right not to accept any or all tenders received.
