Engineering Consultant Scheme

⁠⁠⁠The Engineering Consultant Scheme applies to Offerors who must demonstrate their ability to supply services under one or more of the following disciplines relating to engineering projects:

* Transport infrastructure design and engineering – pavements, roads, highways, bridges, rail and marine
* Transport / traffic planning, design and economic studies
* Building design and engineering and economic studies
* Geospatial and surveying
* Geotechnical design and engineering
* Hydraulic design and engineering
* Environmental design and engineering
* Project financial / commercial management, project management, project scheduling and related project administration
* Other specialist

Offers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Housing and Public Works for Invitation to Offer (ITO) No. ITOPTD003-14 to establish a Scheme Arrangement for engineering consultants.

The following documents are to be downloaded in relation to this ITO:

* ITO PTD 0003-14 Head Document: This document outlines the ITO specifications including service disciplines, relevant role definitions, services zones, the Offer Evaluation Process, evaluation criteria and Scheme rules.
* ITO PTD 0003-14 Guide for Offerors: This document summarises the content of the Head Document and provides an overview of the Invitation Process.
* ITO PTD 0003-14 Engineering Consultant Scheme Agreement - Conditions of Offer Version 001: This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the Invitation Process.
* ITO PTD 0003-14 Engineering Consultant Scheme Agreement Version 001: This document will govern any Arrangement established as a result of the Invitation Process.
* ITO PTD 0003-14 Intent to Offer and General Information: An Excel workbook to be completed by the Offeror’s delegated authority to confirm the Offeror’s intention to Offer.
* ITO PTD 0003-14 Clarifications Workbook: An Excel workbook included to allow Offerors to submit any clarification questions in relation to the ITO.
* ITO PTD 0003-14 Offer Response: An Excel workbook consisting of 10 tabs. It is a requirement of the Invitation that each tab of the Offer Response be completed for each Offer submitted .

Only documents 5 and 7 need to be returned to Queensland Government if the Offeror intends to submit an Offer in response to the Invitation. Please use document 6 to enter any clarification questions you may have as a part of the ITO.
