Tender Description
Bundaberg Regional Council (The Principal) are inviting tenders for the construction of a Netball Complex at Bundaberg Superpark.
Council reserves the right to invite Tenderers to change their tender in accordance with the Local Government Act 2009 and Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. The lowest cost or any may not be accepted.
The Principal shall not be bound to communicate and/or advertise the value of submissions of any Tenderer during public openings.
