Tender Description
Council invites tenders for a contractor who will demolish existing stores and workshops adjacent to the existing monitoring facility and construct in their place a new monitoring facility. The workshops and the majority of the stores are to be replaced with new similar spaces adjacent to the new facility. Once the new monitoring facility is operational, the existing monitoring room is to be decommissioned and modified so that it can be converted at later date to an alternative use.
