This Request for tender relates tothe external cladding removal and re-cladding of numerous propertes in theSouthern Region. It includes the following works:

1. The preparation & submission of property-specific asbestos Management plans for each property
2. The disconnection and re-connection of all services, wiring & plumbing as required in order to safely remove and replace the external cladding
3. The safe removal and disposal of existing asbestos cladding by suitably qualified contractor
4. The installation of 75mm thermal wall insulation, as per specifications provided, to all external wall cavities at all dwellings
5. The supply and installation of Hardiplank Smooth Weatherboard to all properties
6. The painting of weatherboard with 2x coats of water-based exterior grade paint (paint to have a minimum 25yr warranty)
