The works include the construction of a high care residential and community facility, comprising 14 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, laundry, ensuites, toilets, activity rooms, meeting rooms, roadworks, lighting, fencing and associated site works.

Tenders shall be submitted in accordance with the general conditions of tenders.

Conditions: Tenders sent via facsimile or email will not be accepted.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of councilors or council staff will automatically disqualify. The Shire of Donnybrook/Balingup does not intend to submit a tender. Late tenders will not be accepted.
