Tender Description
The National Disability Insurance Agency has a requirement for the major refurbishment of an existing office building and a new fit-out of approximately 1,900m² of office space at two adjacent buildings at 6-8 Auckland Street and 14 Auckland Street Newcastle NSW.
The refurbishment will comprise:
* Demolition works including façade demolition, forming new openings in existing walls, partial core demolition, strip out of existing ceilings and services and floor levelling/preparation.
* Structural works including new lift shaft
* Façade modifications/additions at both building entries
* Remedial roofing works including new plant platforms
* New base building wall, floor and ceiling finishes
* New amenities finishes and fittings
* New mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulic services (with some existing services maintained)
* New passenger lift; and
* External civil works, fencing and minor landscaping works
