Tender Description
Comcare invites suitably qualified cleaning service providers to submit a tender to conduct the cleaning services of the premises occupied by Comcare on levels 3-5 of 121 Marcus Clarke Street, Canberra, ACT 2601.
The successful Contractor shall provide cleaning services to Comcare at the premises in accordance with the requirements within this RFT. The area of the premises is approximately 8480 square metres. The area to be cleaned is considered standard office space.
