Brookfield Johnson Controls, Project Manager to the NSW Police Force, is inviting suitably qualified Head Contractors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for participation in the tender for the construction of a new Local Area Command (LAC) Police Station in Riverstone incorporating the adjacent existing Riverstone Heritage Police Station.

The project involves:

* New LAC Police Station
* Anticipated commencement October 2014 with 17 month construction period.
* Alteration and addition works to adjacent existing Riverstone Police Station Heritage building to accommodate new works
* Gross floor area of approximately 3,179m2 over ground and first floor levels.
* External works, utilities connections (including new Sub Station), accesses, local roadway and related upgrades and parking for approximate, 50 Vehicles.
* Liaison and coordinators with the NSW Police Force and Brookfield Johnson Controls in the delivery of the works, the relocation and handover phases.
