Tenders are invited to obtain the specifications and contract documents from the City of Belmont Civic Centre, 215 Wright Street Cloverdale, 6105 from Monday, 26 May 2014 between 8.45am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday or alternatively from the City’s web page www.belmont.wa.gov.au

All tenders must be submitted on the “Form of Tender” in a sealed envelope clearly endorsed with the tender number and title of tender and placed in the tender box situated in the foyer of the Civic Centre, no later than 2.00 pm, Tuesday, 17 June 2014.

Site inspections will be held on:

* Thursday 29 May 2014 from 4 - 4:30pm and
* Wednesday 4 June 2014 from 9:30 - 10am

At the Garvey Park Kiosk, Community and Leisure Facility, Garvey Park, I Fauntleroy Road, Ascot (next to Ascot Kayak Club). Prospective we applicants must attend at least one of the site inspections to view the premises to be eligible to submit a Quotation.
