Tender Description
Norwest Land trading as Mulpha FKP Pty Ltd ABN: 27 000 004 653 (Mulpha FKP), are undertaking the development of Glenmore Park Stage 2 located in Sydney’s west. The development consists of approximately 38 hectares of which 34 hectares will be zoned as residential creating 250 residential lots. The development in the neighbouring property owned by Holicombe Pty Ltd is anticipated to yield 150 lots. The development is not currently serviced.
The Wastewater infrastructure required consists of an underground pumping station 17 L/s and a Pressure main, 1.2km long DN180 HDPE. The design of the infrastructure is at an advanced stage and tenders for construction are anticipated to be issued in July 2014.
Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably experienced construction companies to be considered for registration as pre-qualified tenderers in the restricted tendering process that is due to be conducted in July 2014.
