Review of Classification and Remuneration Levels of Senior Roles across the Public Sector.
The Public Sector Commission (PSC) is seeking the services of a suitably experienced and nationally recognised contractor to provide independent advice and expertise, to work with the PSC and the Salaries and Allowances Tribunal, to:
1. Conduct Senior Executive Service (SES) classification and work value assessments;
2. Conduct SES market remuneration assessments; and
3. Provide an SES remuneration advisory service, on an as required basis.
A non mandatory briefing will be conducted on request by the Respondent at:
