⁠⁠⁠1.INVITATION: The Minister for Agriculture, Food & Fisheries ("The Minister") invites quotes for SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF A RESEARCH PLOT HARVESTER (“the Requirement”) on the terms of this document. This is an invitation to treat and not an offer.

2.BACKGROUND: The SARDI New Variety Agronomy Program requires a small plot grain harvester capable of harvesting grain crop trials at numerous Southern Australian research cereal plots.

3.SCOPE: The following information is provided to assist respondents:

The SARDI New Variety Agronomy Program requires a small plot grain harvester capable of harvesting grain crop trials at numerous and geographically diverse sites quickly, accurately, with no seed contamination between plots and without grain loss. The harvester needs to be capable of operating in a diverse range of soil and crop conditions, have machine settings which are able to be monitored and altered quickly and safely by the operator, have components which are easy to maintain and fix by the operators ensuring greatest longevity of the machine, and conform to Australian safety standards.
