Tenders are invited for all works associated with the Cassowary Coast Regional Library Development, including the following:
* Works include some internal demolition then development of the existing library building, and associated construction of additional three level library building on the existing site at Rankin Street, Innisfail.

Contractors should be experienced in multi-story construction and redevelopment works.

Documentation in only an electronic format for the tender will be available upon payment of $50.00 to Council at Customer Service in the CCRC Building Rankin Street, Innisfail and will be available on Wednesday 7th May 2014.

The Tender documentation should be submitted in a plain sealed envelope endorsed only with the words:
“Tender for Contract No. 1314-023
Chief Executive Officer
Cassowary Coast Regional Council”
and be delivered to:
70 Rankin Street
Innisfail Q 4860

Tenders close at 3.00pm on Wednesday 11 June, 2014.

Section 177 of the Local Government (Finance Plans and Reporting) Regulation 2010, relating to changes to Tenders may be applied. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
