Tenders are invited from suitably qualified Contractors for Contract No T074/2014, Road Condition Assessment and Deflection Testing of Tamworth Regional Council Sealed Road Network.

It is a Quality Assurance contract with method of payment being Schedule of Rates. The Works in this Contract comprise of the following:

* Visual data collection of approximately 1316km of TRC sealed road;
* Road condition rating, including assessment of surface and pavement defects;
* Visual data collection and condition rating of 518km of Council's kerb and gutter network;
* Falling weight deflectometer testing of pavement; and
* Supply of data, condition rating and pavement testing results in appropriate electronic format.

Tenders close at 11:00am on Tuesday 20th May 2014. Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and any
Tenderer who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
