Alterations and additions to the existing Essential Energy depot Hawthorn Street, Dubbo. Works include but not limited to:
* Construction of a new meals room
* Alterations to Building 1 including new accessible WC and cleaners room
* BCA upgrade works including provision of fire wall between Building 1 & 2, upgrade existing fire hydrant service, install new fire panel and additional smoke detectors
* Enclose existing awning
* Construct new awning
