6. RFT 2NSWPF-05/14 Generator Maintenance
7. RFT 2NSWPF-06/14 Specialist Cleaning (To be released on 10/4/2014)
8. RFT 2NSWPF-07/14 Minor General Cleaning (To be released on 10/4/2014)

This RFT Process is divided in 2 (two) stages:

1. Primary Document Release and Request for Further Information:

* Open tendering opportunity, in compliance with the NSW Government Procurement Guidelines:

* Request for further information and inclusion in "Aconex: Confidential Information Release" - technical and scope information will only be released to tenderers who submit the "Intent to Respond Form" (Attachment B of RFT document) and Confidentiality Deed (Attachment C of RFT Document).

- 'Intent to Respond and 'Confidentiality Deed' must be submitted to Brookfield Johnson Controls email (procurement@anz.brookfieldici.com) along with preferred companies full contact details for inclusion in Aconex System.

2. "Aconex - Confidential Information Release" - clarifications, communication and submission:

* RFI's and Addendums (when required and applicable):
* Site Specific Information;
* Asset List
* Brookfield Johnson Controls Maintenance Standards 'TECH-G-001 Rev 01';
* Brookfield Johnson Controls Pricing Matrix.

The RFT packages are divided into regions, and will cover preventative and reactive maintenance, liaison and coordination with the NSW Police Force and Brookfield Johnson Controls in the delivery of the services.
