Arts NSW manages a property portfolio that provides infrastructure support to arts and cultural organisations, and allows them to be co-located with other appropriate organisations.

The objectives of this Property Management Services Contract are:

a) To deliver an effective and efficient property maintenance service for the Department and it tenants;

b) To manage the maintenance for the Department’s Properties and to ensure compliance with all statutory obligations such as the Building Code of Australia, Australian Standards and the Work Health and Safety Act;

c) To efficiently manage and administer the Department’s leases;

d) To deliver a 24 hour / 7 day maintenance response service with a strong customer service focus; and

e) To advise the Department on any improvements to the operation / maintenance of the facilities that will reduce cost of ownership.
