Asset Trade Services (ATS) is an established provider of multitrade housing maintenance services in the public and community housing sectors.
Due to business growth we are seeking trades to add to our existing resources. Subcontractors must be qualified, licensed and experienced to undertake a range of maintenance services within the above regions. It would be advantageous if you have had previous experience working in public and community housing properties and working with a schedule of rates.
ATS is seeking licensed subcontractors in the listed trade categories:
· Carpentry
· Wall / Floor Tiling
· Glazing
· Painting
· Concreting
· Plastering
· Fencing
· Roof Repairs
· Plumbing
· Pest Control
· Carpets & Vinyl
· Locksmiths
· General Maintenance
· Electrical
· Cleaning and Grounds Care
Subcontractors must hold relevant insurances and licenses and agree to carry out Criminal Check and Working With Children Check for their site staff.
