This tender is for the landscaping works for the Stage 4 and 6 parks and streetscape at The Village Estate, Oonoonba, including the supply and install of a pedestrian footbridge, playground, irrigation, and a 12 month maintenance period, as detailed in the attached documents.

The Principal reserves the right to reduce the scope of works to individual stages and work packages (parks, streetscape, irrigation etc.) and award contracts at its discretion. Similarly the Principal reserves the right to extend the scope of works to include additional stages, if necessary.
