Expressions of Interest Registered Commercial Builders Registered Commercial builders are hereby invited to register their interest in tendering for the above project. The project will involve the erection and completion of a new Worship Centre for Keppel Anglican Parish at their Lammermoor site.
The project will include construction of a new 2 level centre of approximately 1,030 sq m and will include an auditorium, multi-use function areas, support facilities and external works. Construction is anticipated to commence in August 2014.
In the first instance, suitably qualified contractors should submit their contact details to the architects, ThomsonAdsett Rockhampton by 12.00 noon Monday 07 April 2014.
A copy of schematic drawings for the project will be sent to respondents, with a schedule of assessment criteria for the Expression of Interest process. Expressions of Interest will close on Monday 28 April 2014.
