Tender Description
St. Joseph's Parish Tweed Heads is planning to build a Trades Skills Centre at St. Joseph's College Banora Point during 2014. The parish is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified builders interested in tendering for the construction of the Trades Skills Centre, consisting of a new building containing a hospitality kitchen, training room and electro-technology room (305m2), refurbishment of part of the existing TAS building for a construction room and change rooms (250m2) and associated external works.
It is anticipated that tender documents will be made available to selected tenderers at the end of March 2014 and that construction will commence in May 2014 and be completed by December 2014.
Expressions of Interest, demonstrating an applicant's capacity to do the work and any previous relevant experience, must be received by post or email, to the address below, no later than 2.00pm, Monday 24 March 2014 and marked:
