The Shire of Roebourne is calling for Tenders for the provision of Project Architect Services on the Karratha Cultural Precinct Project.

LODGEMENT OF TENDERS

ALL Tenders are to be lodged electronically through the Tenderlink website and must be lodged prior to the deadline. The Deadline for this Request is 2:00 pm (WST) on Wednesday 9th April 2014. This is the ONLY method by which Tender submissions will be accepted for evaluation.

No late Tenders will be accepted.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure that their submission is received electronically prior to the close date and time of tenders.

The Shire of Roebourne takes no responsibility for difficulties experienced by the Tenderer whilst uploading their submission due to insufficient time allowed for this process by the Tenderer. All documentation provided as part of the Tender submission becomes the property of the Shire and will not be returned to the Tenderer.

ALL TENDERS submitted by facsimile, email, mail, hand delivered or by telephone WILL NOT be accepted for evaluation. The opening of the electronic Tender Box will be conducted at the Shire of Roebourne office immediately after the Tender closure deadline. All or any Tenders are not necessarily accepted.
