The Centre for Training Excellence (CTE) is part of Central Institute of Technology. The courses on offer are aimed to enable Vocational Education and Training (VET) educators to maintain current knowledge and build upon skills for the ever changing VET environment.

The Centre for Training Excellence offers both accredited and non-accredited programs that will meet all of a VET practitioner’s continuous professional learning requirements. It aims is to provide strategic leadership to the VET sector in the provision of quality teaching, learning and assessment support services.

The CTE seeks to enhance the capacity of Registered Training Organisations, build educational leadership within the sector and facilitate access to learning opportunities for VET professionals through flexible and support pathways.

To achieve these objectives, the CTE seeks to establish a Panel of service providers who can be called upon to provide the necessary specialised services.
