Construction of civil works for the Doomadgee Subdivision-Ned Street (stage 2) and Marradgee Road sites, consisting of 10 and 16 (total of 26) residential allotments.

Works include clearing sites, earthworks, road works, water reticulation, sewerage reticulation, sewage pump station and installing infrastructure (conduits and pits) for Telstra services.

A compulsory tenderers’ meeting will be

held on site at Doomadgee. The date will be confirmed early in the tender period. Tenderers will be provided transport between Cairns and Doomadgee (for one person per company – principal contractors only).  All other costs (including transport to Cairns) will be at the tenderer’s expense.
