Tenders are invited for the Air Cooling Maintenance Program, Contract PR/3316 for the period of 3 Years with the option of a further 2 Years.

The Air Cooling Program covers the Shut Down Services conducted in May and the Start Up Services from the last week of August through to the third week of September each year for the Evaporative Air Cooler units installed on Teacher Housing Authority's houses across remote and regional NSW. The listing of Zones and associated Regions can be found as an attachment under "RFT Preview Document(s)".

Tenderers are required to submit tenders for all regions wihthin a Zone.
