Central Institute of Technology (Central) requires online student access to resource(s) from university(s) and research institutes/centres that cannot be accessed via any other means except by a federation membership. It has been recognised that in the future, such as membership will provide improved access to these and other resources, particularly as eLearning evolves, and is used more widely within the community.
