Interested Builders are invited to register as prospective Tenderers for the construction of the proposed Trade Skills Centre at the Good Samaritan College, Hinchinbrook. The work comprises a new single storey building (2150m2) consisting of Administration, General Learning Areas, Specialist Skills Workshops and Training Facilities, plus a service road, carparking and miscellaneous site works.
This is a Systemic Catholic School within the Archdiocese of Sydney. In selecting a panel of tenderers the relative experience of responding firms in this type of work will be among the factors to be taken into consideration.
