Tempe Recreation Reserve Sports Fields and Former Jets Sports Club Site

Marrickville Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified lessee/licencee for the long term licence and upgrade of Tempe Recreation Reserve sports fields and long term lease and upgrade of the former Jets Sports Club site located at Holbeach Avenue, Tempe.

Submissions must be marked "01/14 Request for Tender – Tempe Recreation Reserve sports fields and former Jets Sports Club site” and placed or delivered so as to be in the Tender Box at Council's Administration Centre, 2 Fisher Street, Petersham, or sent electronically to Council mailbox council@marrickville.nsw.gov.au no later than 2pm on Wednesday 19 March 2014. For submissions via the Tender Box, five printed copies of the response must be included per tender. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Note a compulsory tender meeting will be held on Thursday 13 February 2014 5pm – 7pm at the Former Jets Sports Club site. All prospective tenderers must attend.

Council requires that submissions by individuals or businesses detail Australian Business Number (ABN) and GST status.
