Tender Description
The Tonsley redevelopment project will see the redevelopment of the 61 hectare former Mitsubishi Motors manufacturing site at Clovelly Park in Adelaide's southern suburbs over the next 15 years.
This Expression of Interest seeks a co-working space provider to prepare a concept and a summary business model for a co-working space at Tonsley, and to seek to operate the Tonsley co-working space.
The South Australian Government, through the Tonsley Redevelopment Project, anticipates making a contribution towards the costs of the co-working space's design, engineering, certification and fit out.
The lease for the co-working space would be between the co-working space operator and Renewal SA. It is envisaged that the lease term would be for a period of up to 5 years.
