Tender Description
Brookfield Johnson Controls, Project Manager to the NSW Police Force, is inviting suitably qualified Head Contractors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for participation in the tender for the construction of a new Local Area Command (LAC) Police Station in Liverpool.
The project involves;
* New LAC Police Station.
* Anticipated commencement June 2014 with 18 month construction period.
* Alteration and addition works to adjacent existing Liverpool Courthouse building to accommodate new works.
* Gross floor area of approximately 3,000m2 over basement, ground, first and second floor levels.
* External works, utilities connections, accesses, local roadway and related upgrades and parking for approximately 27 vehicles.
* Project to be completed in two stages, with early hand over of van dock and removal of temporary facility to accommodate full extent of main works.
* Relocation of current operations from nearby temporary facility to completed building and associated make good of temporary facility.
* Liaison and coordination with the NSW Police Force and Brookfield Johnson Controls in the delivery of the works, the relocation and handover phases.
