Marrickville Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified lessee/licensee for the long-term licence and upgrade of Tempe Recreation Reserve sports fields and long-term lease and upgrade of the former Jest Sports Club site located at Holbeach Avenue, Tempe.

Submissions must be marked ‘01/14 Request for Tender- Tempe Recreation Reserve Sports Fields and former Jets Sports Club site’ and placed or delivered so as to be in the Tender Box at Council’s Administration Center, 2 Fisher Street, Petersham, or sent electronically to Council’s mailbox on Wednesday, 26 February 2014. For Submissions will not be accepted.

Council requires that submissions by individuals or businesses detail Australian Business Number (ABN) and GST status.
