Tender Description
The WA Country Health Services (WACHS) - Midwest is seeking to engage a pharmacy to provide daily on and off-site pharmaceutical services for Carnarvon and Exmouth Hospitals, and weekly pharmaceutical services to Coral Bay Nursing Post and Burringurrah Nursing Post.
Pharmaceutical Services will be required for an intitial period of one (1) year with three (3) x one (1) extension options exercisable at the absolute discretion of the Contract Authority.
