Tender Description
The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to establish two lists of products that are evaluated as having met essential requirements in two separate categories of:
(1) Full-suite HCM systems that include as a minimum functions needed to support the NSW Public Sector reform program in the following areas:
Recruitment
Capability framework
Performance development framework
Career planning
Workforce planning and analytics.
(2) Standalone e-Recruitment systems
The outcome of conducting this RFI will be the establishment of endorsed lists of HCM and e-Recruitment products that meet common requirements and are thus eligible for future procurement by NSW Government clusters / agencies.
