Tender Description
Management and operation of car park facilities at the Blacktown Campus, including existing and new car park facilities during the 5 year term.
a) Pre-commissioning Services;
b) Services to be provided during the Operations Phase;
* Car park operation and management;
* Repair and maintenance;
* Equipment maintenance and minor / routine repairs;
* Management of capital expenditure and major maintenance (i.e. contract management), if applicable;
* Compliance with WHS legislation;
* Customer support services;
* Customer relations (staff and public);
* Issue of infringement notices (as required by WSLHD);
* Liaison with hospital management;
* Access / egress / traffic management, and
* Legal compliance.
* Security services are WSLHD's responsibility but the Tenderer will have the obligations to liaise and coordinate any interface.
c) Financial management services (collection of revenue, accounting, reporting, and management of the Agreement with Western Sydney Local Health District).
