Tender Description
The original King Island Senior Citizens Centre was destroyed by fire in late 2009. This tender is for the replacement of this building which is located at Currie, King Island.
The site is in the possession of the Crown, and all Local Govt planning and State legislative requirements have been satisfied. The site is clear for the commencement of construction works.
It is anticipated that the scheduled works will be completed by mid December 2014.
