The Hills Shire Council (Principal) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from appropriately qualified and experienced parties for the operation of the Cafe within the new Administration Centre, 3 Columbia Court, Baulkham Hills (located within the in Norwest Business Park) for a Licence for a period of five (5) years with an option of a further five (5) years.
