NMM Professional Services Pty Ltd, on behalf of Stockland Development Pty Ltd ABN: 71 000 064 835, is inviting Expressions of Interest from Water industry Construction Companies to undertake construction of 3.3 kms of DN450mm DICL and OD500 HDPE Water Main in the Marsden Park Precinct located in Sydney’s North West Growth Centre.
The Water Main is designed in accordance with Sydney Water Corporation’s potable water standards. The Water Main will be constructed along Richmond Road in the suburb of Marsden Park, from near the intersection of Richmond Road and Hollingsworth Road to proposed Access Road No. 2 at the entrance to Stockland’s land, north of Garfield Road. Respondents who are shortlisted from the Expressions of Interest will be invited to tender for the work in March 2014.
