Tender Description
The Lismore City Council formed on 1 April 1977 is a progressive and innovative organisation located in the heart of the beautiful Northern Rivers Region of NSW. Employing approximately 300 staff, Council provides services to over 46,000 residents and manages a budget of approximately $80M pa. Lismore is the commercial and cultural hub of the region. It provides many of the region's major services and its shopping and sporting facilities, hospitals and schools serve residents of much of the surrounding area.
Lismore City Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified contractors to undertake the supply and installation of a Solar Hot Water System at the Lismore Memorial Baths. The system has been fully designed by GHD Pty Ltd; a copy of the specification is included in the tender documentation. The contract includes the supply of all necessary fittings, material, plant, equipment and labour to complete the works.
A non-compulsory pre-tender meeting is to be held on site at 11:00 am on Tuesday, 21 January 2014. Contact Steven Dillon steven.dillon@lismore.nsw.gov.au on 0428-636-861 if you plan to attend this meeting. The consultant from GHD Pty Ltd will be onsite to discuss the specification.
