Healthy Flood Plains Storage Monitoring Instrumentation Pilot Project

⁠⁠⁠The works to be undertaken under this Pilot Study include (but are not limited to):-

* Supply,  installation and commissioning of ONE storage monitoring instrument as per Principal supplied specifications (Attachment B)

* Ensuring any environmental issues that may affect construction and proposed solutions approvals are gained

* Ensuring that all supplier personnel and/or contractors are aware of site specific WHS issues

* Ensuring that all relevant legislation and standards requirements are adhered to in all phases of site works

* This  tender will finish with the provision of a full system installation and commissioning that is approved by the Principal

Details of General Scope of Works follow:

Supply and Installation

* Suppliers will need significant experience and skill in the installation and construction of large on farm storage monitoring instruments and systems, associated equipment, in rural environments.

* Suppliers must liaise with Office of Water Healthy Floodplains staff during the supply, installation and commissioning phases

* All work must follow Principal supplied specifications.

* Variations to these specifications must have Principals written approval.

* It is expected that the selected on farm storage will contain water at the time of installation of the monitoring device.  The depth of water could range from 0.5m to above 3m in depth.

* Suppliers will need to cover all costs associated with travel, transport and freight to work site.
