Tender Description
The State of Queensland (State) through the Department of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning (Department) proposes to issue an invitation for expressions of interest for the Queens Wharf Brisbane - formerly known as the Government Precinct Redevelopment (Project) on or after 17 January 2014.

In order to participate in the Competitive Bid Process for the Project and to submit an EOI, an entity must have:
* Read the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Competitive Bid Process; and
* Registered to participate in the Competitive Bid Process; and
* Executed and returned the Acceptance Deed Poll and a Confidentiality Deed Poll; and
* Been issued an Invitation for Expression of Interest by the State.
The registration process is designed to ensure that entities participating in the Competitive Bid Process are bona fide bidders.
