Expressions of Interest 7.5m Cottage Lot

The joint venture partners the WA Department of Housing and Banksia Grove Management being responsible for the development of the Banksia Grove residential estate am seeking to partner with a suitably qualified and experienced project home builder to deliver affordable, single story product on 7.5m laneway lots for the development.

The successful candidate must demonstrate design and delivery capabilities as well as a strong track record within the development.

Expressions of interest are to be received by 5pm Friday 24 Jan 2014.
