McKinlay Shire Council is calling for Expressions of Interest from local Community Groups to provide operate the bar and prepare catering at the Julia Creek CSA Building on Australia Day, the night of Sunday 26th January 2013.
The successful organisation will require the capacity to supply and serve alcohol for the event. A RSA Certificate will be required by a least one member of the organisation. All profits made from the bar will go to the successful organisation.
Council will provide all food goods required to prepare and cook a BBQ and salads that must be provided free for the public on the night. The successful group will be paid $500 for the service.
A fair draw will award the group upon multiple applicants. Please submit RSA upon application.
Expressions of Interest close: 5pm, Friday 10th January 2014.
