Tender Description
The Launceston City Council is seeking tenders for the removal and replacement of 235m of kerb and channel, installation of access ramps, installation of gully pits, milling and asphalt correction of the edge of the road surface along with other associated works. Due to the elevated surface of the roadway, the footpath will also be reconstructed involving the extensive work within private property.
Tender documents, which also include the process for receiving and assessing all tender submissions will be available on Monday 16 December 2013 at 12 noon from the Council’s Customer Service Centre, Town Hall, St John Street, Launceston or by calling 03 6323 3000.
Contractors experienced in similar demolition works are invited to tender.
Tenders close at the Council’s Customer Service Centre on Wednesday 15 January 2013 at 2.00pm.
Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
