Council is seeking to establish a Panel of Providers to supply tyres and ancillary tyre services under New South Wales State Contract 367. The successful contractors, under Contract 367, will supply tyre services to Council plant and fleet predominantly based at its Murwillumbah Buchanan Street Depot and provide on road service throughout the Tweed Shire area.
Following the establishment of the Panel of Providers purchase decision will be made as follows:
Depending on the location of the required service i.e. Murwillumbah or Tweed Heads Depots three (3) suppliers from the Panel of Providers will be contacted on a rotating basis and prices sought for the required service delivery.
Orders will be awarded to the most advantageous to Council option submitted with consideration to price, product suitability and availability and service availability and timeliness.
