Minarah College: SECURITY GUARDING TENDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Background:

Minarah College (College) is an independent Islamic co-educational school catering for students from Kindergarten to Year 12. The College was established in January 2002. It has around 1160 students amongst K-12 and approximately 100 staff members.

The College was formerly trading as Green Valley Islamic College. The school is located at 264 Wilson Road, Green Valley NSW 2168.

Minarah College invites suitably qualified and experienced security service providers to submit a tender for the provision of security services across the College’s campus.

As part of our organisational governance and compliance obligations, Minarah College is undertaking a competitive tender process to ensure high quality service delivery, value for money, and adherence to regulatory and safety standards.

Scope of Services

The successful contractor will be required to provide, but not be limited to:

• On site security personnel -full time security guards to man the school premises during operational hours

• Gate and access control

• Regular patrols to maintain safety across the entire campus

• Access Control and monitoring to ensure security entry points

• After-hours night guards

• Incident reporting and emergency response

• General security management in an educational environment

• Liaison with College leadership as required

Eligibility Requirements

The Tender submissions must comprise the following documents:

• Details of your ABN.

• Details of the primary contact for the company.

• Proven experience in providing security services for similar organisations (experience in providing security services to schools or large institutions) and information relating to company structure, operations structure & reference’s

• Adequate staffing levels and capability to meet operational requirements

• Compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and WHS requirements

• Appropriate insurance coverage - Public Liability Insurance Cover and Workers Compensation Cover.

• A valid security master licence and relevant individual licences (applicable licence/ accreditation certification.

• Working with Children Clearance for applicable employees.

• Quality Assurance program for the company.

Tenders are invited for the provision of security services at the College.

It is anticipated; a contract term of three years will be entered with the successful tenderer.

Submission Details

All submissions must be lodged in accordance with the tender instructions provided in the documentation. Late submissions will not be accepted.
