Tender Description

Charters Towers Regional Council invites Quotations from suitably qualified respondents for Charters Towers World Theatre Portico Refurbishment as described in more detail below and within the documents.

1. Replace box gutter with stainless steel gutter, flashings and seal.

2. Replace downpipes.

3. Replace all ceiling sheets of Portico – allowance for new lighting. CTRC electricians to install lighting.

4. Remove sunken concrete around posts, compact and re-set.

5. Paint ceiling, fascia, posts, and downpipes.

6. Replace damaged ceiling in World Theatre Box Office.

7. Repaint ceiling in Box Office.

All works will be required to be completed by 21 June 2024.
