The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action brings together Victoria’s energy, environment, water, agriculture, forestry, resources, climate action, and emergency management functions into a single department to maximize connections between the environment, community, industry and economy. DEECA’s mission is to improve Victoria’s livability with a population expected to almost double by 2050 while responsibly tackling climate change and protecting our natural environment, infrastructure and heritage for future generations.

The Department is seeking responses to this RFT for revegetating along multiple waterways within the Liwik Barring Landscape Conservation Area to improve the ecological health and quality of habitat of these riparian ecosystems as well as providing habitats for our faunal emblem species. The project comprises of six planting locations, along four different waterways. Revegetating the six sites requires preparing the area, planting and a follow up watering event.
